Welcome to the Luna Tea Shoppe website, operated by Epsilon Group Trading Inc. (DBA Boba Luna). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use of the site, including attempting to break into it, modify content, or spam, is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by Luna Tea Shoppe and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this site without our written consent.

3. Menu, orders, and payments

Online pickup orders on this site are for in-store pickup only. We do not deliver through this website.

  • You pay on PayPal’s pages. We do not collect card numbers on our forms.
  • You agree to give an accurate name and a phone number or email so we can identify the order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order (including suspected fraud, an unavailable item, or because the kitchen is not taking pickup orders).
  • An unpaid or abandoned checkout is not a kitchen ticket.

In-person purchases at the shop are separate from these website terms.

4. SMS Terms

Program: Luna Tea Shoppe pickup alerts, operated by Epsilon Group Trading Inc. (DBA Boba Luna), messaging as Luna Tea Shoppe, 1830 W 8th Street, Suite B, Los Angeles, CA 90057.

By checking the SMS box at checkout, you agree to receive one transactional text from Luna Tea Shoppe when the shop has that pickup order (ticket number and estimated ready time). These are not marketing messages. Message frequency is 1 message per opted-in order. Message and data rates may apply. Available on participating US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP to cancel: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one confirmation and then no further pickup texts unless you opt in again.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can complete checkout with a phone number or email and still pick up with the on-screen ticket.

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use personal information.
